The Coil Ultimate M is built with heavy-duty die-casted metal making it a reliable, user-friendly, and functional coil binding machine. For the highest quality binding possible, the DFG Coil Ultimate M uses virtually zero tolerance Double "D" oval holes (4 x 5mm), DFG's patent pending foot pedal operated ServoGroove™ electric roller binding system, fully disengageable punch pins that are cast hardened and heat treated, and a true 0.25" pitch design.

The fully disengageable die pins are enclosed in a self lubrication system to reduce friction and punch wear and tear providing a longer lasting more precision punch. The punch throat is open ended and includes a punch alignment pin. This will enable you to precisely punch larger size documents eliminating partial tears. 

The J-shaped Book pre-former is an additional feature that will ensure that larger books will be properly formed to the radius of the coil. This feature is found on much more expensive units. It allows for better support of the book preventing buckling and faster and easier coil insertion.
