DFG E-Titan Heavy Duty Electric Coil Binding Machine

The DFG E-Titan Heavy Duty Electric Coil Binding Machine is a fully electric heavy duty punch and binding system that has all of the great features of the DFG Titan plus a large electric punch capacity of 25 sheets. The electric punch alleviates operator fatigue, especially on large coil binding production runs.

All die punch pins are disengageable so even odd size paper can be cleanly punched eliminating frustrating and non-professional looking partial tears. The cast hardened and heat treated steel punch pins provide superior strength. The punch pins are enclosed in DFG"s self lubricating system drastically reducing friction and punch pin wear. The adjustable punch margin control allows you to make a wider margin punch for larger presentations ensuring a stronger bind. The side margin control ensures a properly aligned document.

The DFG TitanCoil Eagle punches a double "D" oval hole (4 x 5mm) which allows for increased binding speed and easier binding of thicker books. The DFG double "D" oval hole is a true .250 pitch enabling a much easier plastic coil insertion. Punch any size book open throat design. After the initial punch of a larger size document place one hole through the alignment pin and your subsequent punch will be aligned properly.

The J-shaped Book pre-former is an additional feature that will ensure that larger books will be properly formed to the radius of the coil. This feature is found on much more expensive units. It allows for better support of the book preventing buckling and faster and easier coil insertion.

The foot pedal operated ServoGroove™ roller binding system features a grooved roller design enabling faster coil binding insertion. The electric coil inserter is located on the top of the unit and has a coil binding capacity of 190 sheets on a 20mm (7/8 inch) spiral coil binding element.

Also included is a large waste drawer to increase work flow and non-skid feet that will hold your unit firmly in place. The DFG TitanCoil Eagle Heavy Duty Punch and Electric Coil Inserter Binding Machine is solidly constructed with a die-casting base and sides instead of flexible sheet metal.
