Like its larger counterparts in the Smooth Mount Series, this unit has metal construction, 2.5" diameter silicone rollers, variable speed and temperature control, and a programmable auto shutoff. The Smooth Mount 27 has laminating speeds up to 5fpm giving you fast production speeds. With spring-loaded rollers, there is no need to manually adjust the gap; just insert the board (up to 1/4") and let the Smooth Mount do the rest.
