Why set-up an account with Laminator.com?

  • Setting up an account with Laminator.com is easy. To set up your account simply enter your email address and a password. Setting up your account will also enroll you in our industry leading loyalty rewards program where you can take advantage of additional savings on future orders! Laminator.com will reward you with 250 loyalty points simply for setting up your account.

What if I forgot my password?

  • If you forgot your password please click on the "Forgot Your Password" link on the Login page and your password will be emailed to you.

How do I track my order?

  • Order tracking is made easy by our “Track Orders” email link on our home page. It is located in the top right corner. Simply enter your order number and email address in the appropriate fields. You can also track your orders by logging into your account.

How do I check previous orders?

  • Please login to your account by clicking on the Login link at the top right corner of the Laminator.com homepage. After logging your dashboard will appear. You will see a list of your previous orders. Simply click on whichever order you wish to view.

Can I simply reorder a previous order?

  • Yes. After logging into your account simply click on your previous order. You will be able to reorder your previous order. You can also change the quantities in necessary.

What if I need a receipt?

  • Simply login to your account. You will see your previous orders. Simply choose the order you need a receipt for and print your receipt.

 

Loyalty Rewards Program:

Laminator.com offers the best loyalty rewards program in our industry. For each order you place you will be credited with “gold points” Depending on what you order depends on the points that you will receive.

Rewards Point Breakdown:

  • Roll and Pouch Laminators – 1 point per $1 spent
  • Laminating Film – 1 point per $1 spent
  • Laminating Pouches – 3 points per $1 spent
  • Foam Mounting Boards – 3 points per $1 spent
  • ALL Binding Machines – 2 points per $1 spent
  • ALL Binding Supplies including Biding Covers – 3 point per $1 spent
  • All other products 1 point per $1 spent

For every 1000 points you accumulate you will receive a 10% discount off of your next order of laminating and/or binding supplies. This will be a great time for you to stock up!

 

Ordering:

What payment methods can I use?

  • Laminator.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. We also accept express checkout payment through both Google and PayPal.

Do you accept purchase orders?

  • Laminator.com accepts purchase orders from schools, government agencies and Fortune 1000 companies.

Do you accept company checks?

  • Laminator.com accepts company checks for orders over $200. However your order will not be shipped until your check has been processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for your check to be processed.

Will Sales Tax be charged on my order?

  • Sales Tax in only charged orders from customers in Illinois. If you are a tax exempt organization you can choose tax exempt status and enter your Tax ID number during the checkout process.

Sales Tax is also charged on all Banner American Roll and Pouch Laminators that are delivered to the State of California ONLY! All Ledco Laminators shipped to Ohio and New York are also subject to the appropriate sales tax rates of those states.

I didn’t receive my entire order?

  • Occasionally the products you order will ship from multiple warehouse locations. Please check your tracking numbers to find out when the rest of your order will be arriving. If you have any questions please call us 1-800-323-4307 and a friendly customer service specialist will be glad to assist you.

Return Policy:

What if I want to return merchandise?

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return within 14 days after receiving your merchandise any unused and unopened items for a refund (minus shipping costs). Please keep all original packaging as returned items must be in their original packaging in order for you to receive a refund. You must call our customer service department at 1-800-323-4307 to obtain a return authorization number.
  • Merchandise Must Be Returned in the Original Packaging! Please Keep your Original Packaging!
