Laminator.com return policy?

 


In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase, Laminator.com will accept returns on Laminating and Binding Machines for up to 21 days from the date of purchase. This allows plenty of time for you to receive your laminating or binding machine and use it for the applications that you purchased it for. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returned items. After the return period, any issues with machines are warranty issues and will need to be handled by the manufacturer.

 

On Supplies, returns will be accepted for up to 30 days after the date of purchase on UNOPENED Supplies only. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged to all returned items. Some items are considered custom items and will not be authorized for return - this includes, but is not limited to, 3:1 and 5:1 pitch coil, colored coils, service parts, and non-standard size roll laminating film.

 

You must notify Laminator.com of your intent to return merchandise by phoning 1-800-323-4307 within 30 days of receipt of order (21 days for laminators and binding machines).  You will receive a return authorization number that must be referenced clearly on the return shipping label. Any return requests after 30 days will not be eligible for return. Any returns without valid return authorization number will also not be eligible for return.

 

All items must be returned in their original packaging. The customer will be responsible for the original freight charges incurred and returned freight charges. 

 

Before any refunds and or/replacements are processed on equipment, the product will be inspected to determine whether the issues are manufacturing defect or operator misuse. If deemed manufacture defect, the return/exchange will be processed as per the return policy as outlined above. If it is operator error, the equipment will not be eligible for return. In this case, Laminator.com will reach out to the customer with a service and/or repair quote for the equipment.

 

Important Note:

All Product must be returned in their original packaging. Please keep your original packaging. Any items not returned in their original packaging will NOT be eligible for return.

 

For products that are received as defective, damaged or different from that which has been ordered, Laminator.com must be notified within 7 calendar days of receipt of order to be eligible for a return or exchange. Returns not meeting these conditions will be returned at the customer's expense and for in-store credit only. 

 

If a truck shipment is received damaged, the customer is required to indicate so on the shipment receipt/bill of lading upon receipt to be eligible for return or exchange.
